VALRICO Bloomingdale Ridge HOA
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

This is a deed-restricted community. This means that property owners are subject to certain restrictions regarding the use and maintenance of their property. All purchasers agree to abide by these restrictions when they close on their home in Bloomingdale Ridge.

Our "Association Documents" allow for a committee to review changes to the homes prior to the change in an effort to provide continuity in the community's appearance. This page is dedicated to that effort.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meets at the regular BOD meeting. Check HERE for the next BOD meeting. Please have your forms mailed in one week prior to that meeting. For more information please contact us HERE.
