GovernmentCrosby Crossings East HOA falls under the jurisdiction of several governing documents. The State of Florida 720 and 617 Statutes as well as the Official documents filed with Hillsborough County when the Homeowners Association was created including the Declarations, Bylaws and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions known as the CC&Rs.

The governance of the HOA corporation belong in the HOA bylaws. HOA bylaws are governing guides. Bylaws are about the government of the corporation. They cover things like how often you have meetings, how many people are on the board, how often you have to have membership meetings, and what's a quorum.
